My taskbar is stuck up at the top of the screen. I don't know how it got there. My husband was scrolling on an article when according to him a box opened, and he has no idea what it said because he doesn't pay attention. Anyways, after that happened the taskbar moved on it's own according to him. I went into the archives and found an article dated May 19; stuck taskbar. I did what it said and that did not resolve my problem. Now I still have it up at the top of the screen and the icons for signing on are outside of the box. I NEED HELP!!!

To move your taskbar back into place follow these instructions:

1) Aim the mouse pointer at an empty space in the middle of the taskbar Don't point at a button, just an empty space The shape of the mouse pointer won't change shape.

2) Click and drag the mouse pointer down to the bottom of the page, where it normally resides The mouse pointer will move, but it will look like nothing is happening That's normal Just keep holding down the mouse button and moving the pointer down until the taskbar suddenly snaps into the correct position

If this doesn't solve your problem, please resubmit your question and we will look further into the problem.

Good Luck to you.
