I have a disk full of progrqams I saved. I can open all except one. Message box comes up , and said that the program is either in use by another program (which I don't believe it is), or it is corrupt. This is the only program on the disk, which this happens. I need to retrieve this program. How can I, or Can I "un-corrupt" the program, so I can open it. Appreciate any help. Please email me, thanks.

FIRSTLY, IF A FILE IS CORRUPTED, A DIFFERENT ERROR MSG APPEARS THAN THE ONE MENTIONED IF ANYTHING, RENAME SAID PROGRAM (OR FILE) AND OPEN IT UNDER NEW NAME A DUPLICATE MAY BE IN USE ON THE HARD DRIVE, CAUSING THE CONFLICT.

AS FOR RECOVERING A CORRUPTED FILE, YOU CAN USE SCANDISK AND DEFRAG TO MOVE PROGRAM (OR FILE) TO AN UNDAMAGED LOCATION ALSO, THERE ARE SEVERAL UTILITIES ON THE MARKET FOR DATA RECOVERY OF SUCH A NATURE (UNFORTUNATLY, I CANT RECOMMEND ONE)
